Is the leather genuine?

Yes. All Sora bags use 100% genuine cow leather.

Where are Sora bags made?

Every Sora bag is handcrafted in Pakistan by skilled local artisans.

Will my bag look exactly like the pictures?

Since every bag is handmade using natural materials, slight variations in texture, weave, or color may occur. This makes every piece unique.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes approximately 3 working days unless otherwise specified.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We only offer exchanges in case the product arrives damaged or faulty. We do not offer returns for change of mind or preference.

How should I care for my Sora bag?

Keep your bag away from excessive moisture and store it in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid overexposure to direct sunlight for long periods to maintain the quality of the leather and rattan.
