RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
At Sora, every bag is carefully handmade and packed with attention to detail. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
• We only offer exchanges in case a product arrives damaged or there is a fault with the item received.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To process an exchange, customers must share clear images/videos of the issue along with their order number.
• Once approved by our team, the item may be exchanged accordingly.
No Returns
• We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or personal dislike if the product has no fault.
• Due to the handmade nature and limited quantities of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item is faulty.
• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery will not qualify for exchange.
Shipping
• We ship all orders across Pakistan through TCS Courier.
• Standard delivery timeline is 3 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• Delivery timelines may be affected during public holidays, weather conditions, political/economic disruptions, or country-wide closures.
Important Notes
• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
• Slight variations in texture or finish are part of the handcrafted nature of the product and are not considered defects.
